In Sufi tradition, the veil represents the boundary between the seen and the unseen — the self and the divine. "Beyond the Veil" captures the whirling dervish at the exact moment that boundary seems to dissolve, spinning past stillness into something closer to prayer than performance. The flowing robe, the tilt of the head, the blur of motion held in color — each brushstroke was built to carry that sense of surrender, of moving beyond the physical and into the spiritual.
